Great experience buying my 2015 Suzuki GSX S750. Friendly and helpful staff all the way from the parts section to finance. I worked mostly with Dave who was very helpful. We had our honda 4-wheeler worked on in the parts department. When we received it back there was some problems with a cracked/broken bolts & casing. We felt this should have been detected or repaired at the time of service. The guys in the shop went above and beyond to locate the "hard-to-find" older parts for us and stood behind their work. They fixed it with no additional charge. It is very hard these days to find a mechanic shop (of any kind) that will actually stand behind their work with enough pride and assurance to take the responsibilty to "right a wrong". I would highly recommend them to friends and family based on the intrigrity of the "service department" alone.

I found the entire staff to be very helpful. When it came to questions on the machines, I could always count of Todd and the sales staff for an answer. And they carry them all - a one stop shop! Service is always exceptional, able to get me in for maintenance with little notice. The parts team was able to look up the parts I needed quickly and even to find some of the vintage parts I needed through the aftermarket. And most of the items I use are on hand, when I needed a special order, the lead times were not excessive. I give this dealership two thumbs up!

I've had an excellent experience with the dealership as a whole. Everyone that I've had contact with has been nice, courteous, and friendly. I've only had one issue with the dealership. I called in to order some accessories for my bike. I was placed on hold to check on something. After a brief hold they came back said we were good to go with ordering the part and that they needed one more thing so I was put on hold. I waited for several minutes, I think it was around 10 minutes, then someone picked up the line and hung up on me. It wasn't a huge issue, as I understand things can get hectic at a parts counter. Based on the long hold and hang up, I did place the order for my accessory from the internet. I was truly hoping to order my accessory through the dealership, but it seemed more of a hassle than what it was worth. And again, not a deal breaking issue, as I've now been in for my 600 mile service and nothing but great service. The service department did a fantastic job on my bike.

I have spent $15,000 in your store in the last 6 months on 2 Honda atv units plus parts and lots of service.Your sales Dept. is good, Parts counter is ok, But your Service Dept Team is what brings me back time after time. I've had multiple problems with the New Leftover units I purchased from your store. Your Service Manager has gone above and beyond to take care of my unfortunate problems in a timely fashion. In my business you only hear from someone when something is wrong. Nobody ever says, Thanks for representing my company Well. In this economy people are buying less toys and if they have a bad service experience they probably won't buy again.Please give a Big Thanks to your service Manager and his Team for taking care of your future return customers. Bought my 05 VSTAR used from another Yamaha dealer and day 2 my light bar mount broke on the hwy and ended my riding for the season. The other dealer refused to make any repairs so after I moved up to the Northland I purchased another mount and brought it to Advantage. Not only did they get me in quickly so I could pass inspection, due to some scheduling issues they even dropped the bike off at my house. This is the only shop I use anymore.

Steve the service manager provided me great customer service! I had left and gone home after dropping off my seadoo to be serviced and I forgot to tell you guys that I had a life time battery warrenty. So I called you guys when I got home and spoke with Steve the service manager and he changed my service ticket around with out any questions asked. He did not know the new total amount when we were on the phone but he went out of his way and called me back with the total one he got it. I have been useing you guys a lot and this is the first time I felt I had gotten treated well!!!! I work in the customer service field and know when I get treated with good Customer Service.
